MAPT project:

VESTHUSET is a hybrid mixing a residential building with a water leisure park. The structure is covered with one continuous wooden surface that allows people to walk across and explore the topological landscape.

From the top of the building a grand look of the harbour area is reviled. From here you get a maritime feeling. The building becomes one with the context.

The project adds value to the inhabitants of the area by implementing a large public function, the water leisure, park and by introducing a modular system that creates a variation of apartment typologies.
